We believe in giving back. Our Gingers have the opportunity to volunteer for a CSR cause close to their hearts, and we support numerous charity and environmental initiatives throughout the year.

Dedication at GingerMay is rewarded. Each Ginger owns a personalised training passport providing clear guidelines and support to achieve their next promotion.

BIRTHDAY LEAVE

No Ginger is allowed to work on their birthday, no excuses and no exceptions. When they return, they can expect a card, present, and birthday singsong from the entire team.

GINGERSOCIAL

We like to have fun. Our social committee is kept busy organising regular get-togethers voted for by the team.

BONUS SCHEME

Success is more fun when you have people to share it with. We treat every member of our team with our annual company-wide bonus scheme.
