GingerMay PR is celebrating following the announcement that it has been awarded the gold standard of service for the PR industry – the Public Relations Consultancy Association’s (PRCA) Consultancy Management Standard.
The internationally recognised Communications Management Standard (CMS) is the industry’s quality certification system for public relations firms. The standard is an assurance to clients that GingerMay adhere to strict quality standards in management, communication and service delivery.
GingerMay PR received the accreditation after undergoing the annual rigorous, independently audited set of eight tests. Inspectors were satisfied that GingerMay’s business is well run, has all the correct systems and structures in place, and is committed to the development of its staff.

The CMS, which a consultancy must pass as a member of the PRCA, combines elements of the ISO 9000 standard and Investors in People accreditation with criteria specific to the PR industry, and includes the quality of an organisation’s management systems, and staff development.
