How trust and flexibility drive women in leadership

“It’s putting people first, but putting trust in people as well. I’ve always worked on the basis that you have trust unless you do something to take it away. In terms of flexible working, you can be flexible in what you’re doing; you just need to be delivering within your parameters as well. We talk about it as guardrails.”
