Maxifier Appoints Denise Colella as CEO

London, UK, 15th October, 2013Maxifier, the global leader in programmatic premium optimisation, today announced the appointment of Denise Colella as its new CEO – with immediate effect – to lead the business in its next phase of growth.

 

Colella, who joined the business two years ago as Chief Revenue Officer before being promoted to President, is a seasoned adtech veteran. She has held a range of executive positions in the US, Europe and Asia at companies including AudienceScience, Yahoo!’s Right Media and DoubleClick.

 

Maxifier board member and Eurovestech Plc investor, David Ristow, said: “This promotion recognises the enormous contribution Denise has already made to the business since she joined. The board’s confidence in her ability to continue to grow and develop the business, and her stature and experience within the adtech industry, make her the natural candidate for CEO.”

 

Colella, who replaces Anthony Katsur, commented: “I’m very excited by this opportunity to take Maxifier to the next level.
