Amy Lawrence, Managing Director Of Award-Winning B2B PR & Communications Agency GingerMay Wins Bronze STEVIE® Award In 2026 International Business Awards®
Amy Lawrence, Managing Director of GingerMay, was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Mentor of the Year category in The 23rd Annual International Business Awards® (IBAs).
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards programme. All individuals and organisations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2026 IBAs received entries from organisations in 82 nations and territories.
Winners will be celebrated during a gala event at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse on Wednesday, 28th October.
Amy’s Bronze award recognised her transformative impact on early-career talent and leadership development, both within GingerMay and across the wider communications industry. She has helped embed a strong coaching culture throughout the agency, while also supporting industry initiatives such as Bloom UK. She has championed non-degree entry routes through apprenticeships and work experience placements, and extended her impact through the #OpenForAdvice LinkedIn initiative.
Stevie Award nominations were evaluated by more than 200 business professionals worldwide serving as judges on 9 specialised committees. Stevie Award winners were determined based on judges’ average scores during the independent judging process in June and July.
Commenting on her achievement, Amy Lawrence, Managing Director, GingerMay said: “Helping people grow in confidence, recognise what they’re really capable of and take that next big step in their careers is genuinely one of the parts of my job I enjoy most. Mentoring isn’t only about taking part in a formal programme; it’s also an everyday mindset. It means looking for opportunities to lift others up, provide in-the-moment feedback and create genuine opportunities for people to grow and develop. To see this approach recognised on an international stage feels particularly special.”
Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller said: “The 2026 International Business Awards winners represent the very best in business achievement from organisations of all sizes and across virtually every industry. This year’s winners have demonstrated exceptional innovation, leadership, resilience, and results in a highly competitive global field. We congratulate every Stevie Award winner and look forward to celebrating their achievements together in Paris on October 28th.”
